The Name

Since starting this business, many have asked us where the name comes from so I felt compelled to share the backstory:

When deciding the name to represent our business, we wanted one that meant something to both of us. After a lot of brainstorming, we started thinking about meaningful places. We talked about our childhoods and considered how we could incorporate them into the name. As a nod to the homes that raised us, we decided to use the names of the roads we lived on as kids.

Pierce lived on Pinnacles Road until he was about eight and has many fond memories there- some of his family members still live in the area today.

I grew up on McGee Road and have many family members and family friends who still live on that road. Even more, my family has lived on McGee Road for several generations. My great-great-grandpa had a farm on McGee, and is who the road is named after. My great grandmother once lived on the road, and there are several decedents who still live on the road today. Although I am not a McGee, McGee is a name that lives on through my family, the road, and hopefully through this business.

We feel this will shed light on where the name 'Pinnacles and McGee' comes from and show a little bit of what we are about.
